Welcome to our bistronomic restaurant in Le Mans
A place full of history in the heart of the walls
Just inside the entrance of Le Mans’s old town, this restaurant is built on ancient walls, which was called « Courtine » during the medieval era.

Our starters, dishes and desserts are 100% homemade with healthy and regional french product provided by local suppliers.
A unique & special atmosphere in Le Mans
An industrial & fashionable decoration in the historic heart of Le Mans.
We wanted to create a chic and cosy atmosphere based on a jazz story.
In this goal, every furnitures were custom especially for the restaurant.

The « bistronomie » is a french term which defines an original food based on bistrot, kind of french traditional dishes.
Our dishes follow this inspiration and depends on the season.
